Kitty's favourite chocolate cake

This recipe made many a birthday cake - although with Kitty there was a cake for every event. Valentine's day cake, welcome home cake, Thursday cake. 

You can cut and use butter icing in the middle to finish, or as Kitty would, finish with melted chocolate on top. Enjoy!
